Karen Kemp Aguiar Abud is the CEO and Founder of Atrium Real Estate (NYC & Portugal) and Co-Founder Atrium Visa Consulting. With over two decades of experience, she is recognized for her leadership, cross-border expertise, and client-centric approach.

After identifying a strong synergy between the U.S. and Portugal, Karen relocated to Portugal and launched Atrium Real Estate to guide international investors through both markets. As an expat who personally navigated the immigration process, she founded Atrium Visa Consulting to support others facing similar challenges. Today, her team offers comprehensive relocation services—from real estate to visas and full resettlement support.

Formerly the pioneer and Head of Commercial Real Estate at The Corcoran Group, Karen earned national recognition, including The Wall Street Journal’s RealTrends Verified national recognition ranking throughout the United States.  Karen ranked as the #1 agent for highest price per square foot sold (2015) in the United states and The Kemp Team was the #3 top-producing team nationwide (2016).
