Joe is a partner and co-founder of Atrium-CRE NYC & Atrium RE, Portugal

Joe brings over 10 years of both analytical and sales experience in the real estate industry. Joe has assisted countless owners, including individuals, partnerships, REITs, and pension funds achieve their investment goals. In assisting the sale of over $300 million worth of commercial properties, he has built a reputation for innovative strategic thinking and working with the highest level of integrity.

Previously, Joe was a broker with SkyView Advisors, an investment sales, debt & equity, and advisory firm focused exclusively on the self-storage market. Joe was a key component in developing a strategic sales platform that enabled the average agent to produce $1 million in commissions on average

From there, Joe joined Karen at MHP assisting in building out a team of agents which concentrates on investment sales in the NYC area. The partnership between Joe and Karen proved to be successful and led to the formation of Atrium-CRE.

A proven industry veteran with a reputation of excellence among clients and colleagues. Managing mid-size portfolios, loyal investors diligently seek out her expertise.

Currently living in Astoria NY, in his free time you can catch Joe in the Bronx supporting his New York Yankees.
