Meet Joseph

Joseph Brazill is the CEO and Co-Founder of Atrium Real Estate (Portugal & New York) and Atrium Visa Consulting. With over a decade of experience in real estate analytics and investment sales, Joseph has successfully guided clients—including individuals, REITs, and institutional investors—through more than $300 million in commercial property transactions.

Early in his career, he played a key role at SkyView Advisors, helping design a sales platform that significantly boosted agent performance. He later joined Karen Kemp Aguiar Abud at MHP Real Estate, where their shared success in NYC investment sales led to the founding of Atrium Real Estate.

After relocating to Portugal and recognizing a growing synergy between the U.S. and Portuguese markets, Joseph and Karen launched Atrium Visa Consulting in response to client frustrations with the visa process. As demand grew for more than just real estate services, they expanded their offerings to include end-to-end relocation support—from investment to immigration and resettlement.
